Location: Massillon, OH (onsite)
Type: Full time · 1st shift, Monday to Friday
A plastics materials plant in Massillon is hiring entry-level production workers for first shift. You don't need manufacturing experience: the plant trains you on the job. What matters most is showing up every day.
What you'll do
- Help with packaging, labeling, material staging and line support
- Prepare work areas and move materials for the production team
- Learn the process, safety rules and quality standards through hands-on training
- Wear the required PPE for the whole shift
- Keep your area clean and complete basic paperwork
- Follow safety, ISO and EHS rules and take part in training and improvement work
What you bring
- No prior manufacturing experience required
- Able to stand and move for a full shift and lift 55 lbs regularly
- Dependable attendance
- Comfortable around dust, chemicals and PPE
- Reliable transportation for 1st shift, Monday to Friday
- High school diploma or GED
Nice to have: Basic computer skills.
