The Posting
About the company
Our client is a technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Set the look and feel across a technology company's branding, websites, promotional work and product surfaces. Produce campaign graphics, paid ads and web pages from first sketch to finished files, working hands-on on a small, quick-paced team.
What you'll do
- Set the overall look and feel and keep the design language coherent across branding, websites, promotional work and the product.
- Maintain brand assets, guidelines and documentation so the visual approach stays uniform on every channel.
- Partner with growth, copywriting and sales on social ads, launch graphics, campaign visuals, sales collateral, event materials and merchandise.
- Design the company website, landing pages and brand-led experiences through page mockups and user flows, without needing to build them in code.
- Shepherd each assignment from its creative brief through concept and final handoff, then collaborate with senior design and the product group so the visual language carries into the software.
- Critique and polish work across every touchpoint to lift quality, and test ad creative to improve campaign results.

What we're looking for

- Several years of professional design practice, with graphic work spanning many channels and including the web.
- Hands-on familiarity with contemporary web interfaces and branded visual components.
- Track record producing online promotional graphics, reusable layouts and page designs for marketing campaigns.
- Solid command of typography, composition, palette and creative direction across branding projects.
- Able to wear many hats and take on varied tasks hands-on in a lean, quick-paced setting.
- Evidence of having launched consistent branding, promotional pieces and websites that reached the public.
- Able to work on site in Brooklyn, New York, Monday through Friday, most days each week.
Bonus points
