Eight years of experience as a Business Analyst capturing and documenting business processes and requirements.
Six years of experience as Business Analyst capturing and documenting software development and Information technology processes and requirements used in a Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) environment using the Microsoft .NET framework.
Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and flow charts, mapping business processes to the customer requirements.
