Position: Account Manager

Jara Accounting has been providing comprehensive business support for its clients since 2017. The history of the company began simultaneously with the start of the Jara Investment Fund project. The fund was created to support the development of small businesses in Georgia. One of the features of the Jara Foundation is the provision of services to those projects in which the foundation is involved. This approach helps to reduce the risks at the stage of starting a business associated with mistakes in the selection of support service providers.

Our main specialization is consulting in the field of tax optimization in Georgia, registration of all types of companies and individual entrepreneurs, subsequent accounting and legal services for your business on exclusive terms in a one-stop-shop format.

We select the optimal solution for your business, advise on taxes, register a company, carry out the preparation and multi-stage verification of documents required to start a commercial activity, undertake bookkeeping and legal support.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communication with regular clients of the company: collecting needs, issues and tasks.
• Supporting clients at all stages of the service.
• Interaction with internal company services to provide solutions to clients on their issues.
• Communication with accountants and lawyers of the company.
• Preparation of primary documents for the company's clients.

Employment Conditions:

• Official employment; trial period is up to 6 months.
• Work in a cozy company office in the center of Tbilisi - st. Melikishvili 8A/st. Irakli Tatishvili, 1.
• Working hours: 5/2 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
• Fixed salary is 1200 GEL net, after the trial period - 1500 GEL net +%.
• Corporate Health Insurance after passing the trial period.
• Work experience in sales/client service at least 2 years.
• Education in the following areas: accounting/finance/legislation.
• Customer focus, desire to solve other people's problems.
• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships in English and Russian. Georgian will be an advantage.
• Understanding tax regimes for all types of legal entities in Georgia.
• Ability to create commercial documents (contracts, invoices), understanding primary documents.
• Computer Proficiency: MS Office, CRM.
