Trade Counter Assistant

About the role:

Join our Vulcan Aluminium site as a Trade Counter Assistant. Standard hours: 8am - 4pm however, some flexibility might be offered. A willingness to learn and strong customer focus are key to success in this role. We offer support and opportunity to upskill!

What you will be responsible for:

• Assisting walk-in customers with a range of product enquiries
• Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
• Preparing sales quotes and orders
• Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
• Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process

Requirements

• Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and part of the team
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
