Role and Responsibilities

• Assign daily work to technicians and painters, ensure all employees log their hours in CCC.
• Monitor employee productivity, hold team members accountable for performance and quality.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies.
• Review daily operations to ensure production goals are met and staff are performing at full capacity.
• Oversee facility operations, including cleanliness, organization, equipment, and overall production workflow.
• Conduct final quality control inspections on all vehicles and repairs before leaving the facility.
• Exercise sound judgment to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Maintain punctual attendance and communicate professionally with employees, customers, and management.
• Ensure all employees comply with company safety policies and safe work practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of collision repair operations and production processes is preferred.
