  • Advise business leaders on legal, commercial, and operational matters across multiple functions and jurisdictions.
  • Partner with colleagues across commercial, technology, product, finance, HR, and operations to solve complex challenges and unlock opportunities.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys broad responsibility, direct business exposure, and the chance to influence decisions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • 8+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in a combination of private practice and in-house environments
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and navigating complex legal matters
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with legal AI tools is an advantage

  • Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.
  • A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
  • International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation.
