Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Description: We are looking for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Microsoft. Based in an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.

Requirements

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Slovak, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
