Job Responsibilities:
- Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitors
- Install and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products
- Install corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptops
- Systems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level support
- Provide phone support to users as 1st level support
- Reset user’s password based on verbal authentication
Job Requirements:
- Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitors
- Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products
- Relevant working experience in casino or hotel industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor degree preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in writing and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivate and willing to learn
