  • Drive projects from concept and design through prototype, validation, release, and production.

  • 8+ years of progressive engineering experience with demonstrated technical depth.
  • Experience leading and developing engineers in a product design or equipment engineering environment.
  • Experience taking engineered products or equipment from design through manufacturing/production.
  • Strong understanding of design for manufacturing and the ability to work directly with fabrication/production teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to review technical work, troubleshoot problems, and mentor engineers.
  • Strong cross-functional and customer communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with power generation, BESS/energy storage, packaged power equipment, generators, transformers, switchgear, turbomachinery, process equipment, modular/skid systems, or similar complex industrial equipment.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams.
