About XRHEALTH INC

XRHealth provides FDA-registered virtual reality therapy solutions for physical, cognitive, and behavioral health. Through XRHealth America, our U.S. business, we operate an accredited DME (durable medical equipment) operation. The equipment that leaves our facility goes directly to patients.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help unbox, configure, clean, and prepare headsets for shipment.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on, active work in a steady fulfillment environment. Day to day, you will unpack headset equipment, follow setup instructions, prepare completed kits for shipment, and help keep the workflow organized and moving.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfillment

Open boxes and unpack headset equipment and accessories

Configure headsets following step-by-step instructions

Assemble headset kits with straps, face pieces, chargers, cases, and cleaning supplies

Clean and prepare headset equipment before it is packed for shipment

Pack completed headset kits for patient orders

Keep the work area organized and ready for the next batch of equipment

The Ideal Candidate

You are dependable, punctual, and comfortable staying busy with hands-on work. You do not need a role built around planning, forecasting, analysis, or meetings. You are happiest when the expectations are clear: open boxes, follow the configuration steps, prepare the equipment correctly, and move on to the next headset. This is not a desk job or a strategy role. It is hands-on production support for headset fulfillment.

Qualifications

Required

Dependable and punctual, with flexibility during periods of higher volume

Careful attention to detail when following configuration and packing steps

Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work

Basic comfort using a computer or device to complete headset setup steps

Able to follow written procedures consistently

Ability to lift and handle equipment and packages as part of daily fulfillment duties

Reliable transportation to Needham, MA

Preferred

Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, stockroom, or retail backroom work

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means:

Headsets are unboxed, configured, cleaned, and packed accurately

You stay busy and keep the work moving throughout the day

You follow instructions consistently and flag anything that does not look right

You are reliable, productive, and ready to do the same hands-on work again the next day
