Job Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to ensure all functions operate smoothly and the F&B, Culinary and AV team are updated on each function happening at our venues;
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients
- Preparing function and wedding documentation
- Management of the selling and planning process of guest and wedding events from start to finish
- Communication of event details to all relevant departments
- Respond to sales enquiries via email, phone and other platforms along with follow up
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in hotel / event company is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Full conversant with MS Office applications
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
