Typical Accountabilities

• Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution)
• Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles
• Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites
• Alignment with client SOP / legal templates
• Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Legal Background
• Prefer MS Degree
• At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience
• Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
