Independently set up and operate CNC press brake machines (AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, etc.).
Read engineering drawings and set bending parameters, tooling, pressure, and backgauge positions.
Select, install, and adjust appropriate punches and dies.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools.
Adjust machine parameters to maintain required dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
Identify and troubleshoot bending defects such as springback, indentation, and interference.
Work with QA to resolve quality issues and non-conforming products.
Perform basic machine maintenance and follow 6S and safety standards.

Minimum 3 years of CNC press brake experience.
Able to independently set up and operate press brake machines.
Experience with AMADA, Trumpf, LVD, or similar machines preferred.
Able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
Knowledge of press brake tooling, sheet metal bending, and measuring instruments.
Good troubleshooting, quality, and safety awareness.
