• Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success
• Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
• Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
• Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
• Work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

General requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Likely having 2+ years of experience in software testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
• Able to perform tasks under high pressure
• Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written), able to work directly with clients.

Technical requirements

• Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process
• Good experience in manual testing skills: test case design, black-box and exploratory testing, defect reporting, etc.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs (Postman); mobile testing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright or Katalon, plus basic coding in Java, C#, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience on using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
• Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
• Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
