Job Description

Responsabilidades

• Auxiliar na organização e manutenção de arquivos e documentos.
• Prestar suporte em atividades administrativas e operacionais.
• Colaborar na coleta e análise de dados para relatórios.
• Participar de reuniões e treinamentos, contribuindo com ideias e aprendizado.
• Apoiar a equipe em projetos específicos, conforme demanda.
• Realizar outras tarefas pertinentes à função, de acordo com a necessidade do setor.

Qualificações

• Estar cursando ensino superior em áreas como Administração, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, TI ou correlatas.
• Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint).
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Capacidade de organização e proatividade.
• Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas diárias.
• Inglês diferencial
