Job Summary

Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen their skills, review cases, understand documentation expectations, and approach client care with more confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-licensed or developing clinicians
• Provide case review, documentation feedback, and ethics guidance
• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making
• Follow Connecticut licensing and supervision rules
• Keep supervision organized, professional, and consistent

Requirements

• Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be qualified to supervise under Connecticut board requirements
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
