CFD ENGINEER Intern

SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC GROUP providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES team and are looking for a CFD Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.

• Assist in developing technical solutions related to fire, smoke, and heat in buildings and infrastructure.
• Participate in multi-physics simulations for fire safety engineering (including thermal, fluid, and mechanical aspects) under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support thermo-aeraulic and thermomechanical analysis of building structures.
• Contribute to structural and material plasticity analysis under heat exposure.
• Assist in developing work procedures and coordinating with international clients.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and simulation studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Recent graduate or candidate with initial exposure to CFD-related coursework or projects.
• Good proficiency in French.
• Basic knowledge of thermal and structural mechanics, as well as fluid mechanics, with a foundation in finite element modeling.
• Strong physical intuition; familiarity with ANSYS and FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn, and able to work both independently and under guidance.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to develop technical skills.
• Proactive with good communication skills.
• Salary Allowance upto 5mil/ month
