Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all Food & Beverage operating equipment
- Coordinate with Kitchen and service for all necessary equipment and ready at the designated time
- Responsible for assigning daily employee work loads and monitors the attendance of staff
- Supervise employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual
- Train employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual
- Establish and maintains effective employee relation in his section
Job Requirements:
- Over 3 years' Stewarding experience in a 5-star hotel, or holder of bachelor's degree in hospitality will also be considered
- Excellent language skills in Chinese. Basic English
- Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
