We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee education loan business operations across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education loan sales, business development, team management, and market expansion within the financial services or lending industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive education loan business growth across the assigned geographical territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue objectives.
• Manage relationships with educational institutions, consultants, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.
• Monitor business performance, sales pipelines, and loan disbursement activities.
• Ensure effective coordination with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and regional business opportunities.

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
