The Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA) was established in 1958 as the training arm of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). It implements training programmes for local and international aviation professionals. The Academy strives to stay at the forefront of developments by forging alliances with reputable aviation organisations and institutions worldwide. There are 4 schools in SAA, namely, the School of Aviation Management, School of Aviation Safety & Security, School of Air Traffic Services, and School of Airport Emergency Services. • Partner with subject matter experts and instructors to provide learning design guidance and develop online courseware, videos, and digital content
  • Conduct research and benchmarking exercise on latest trends in digital learning and education technology, providing evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers and instructors to implement and optimise learning technologies, including the Learning Management System
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and implementation of learning technologies
  • Design and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programmes to build instructional capability and uphold delivery standards
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programmes and learning technologies, and identify best practices to maintain training standards and programme quality.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure training programmes meet established quality standards.
