Airplane Captain

Summary:

The Airplane Captain ensures that trip of assigned flights is conducted in the safest manner possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determines flight routes, speed, and take off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements.
• Must stay current with federal and local flight regulations.
• Possesses current airline transport certificate with necessary type ratings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Experience as a Corporate Pilot
• Challenger 300/350 Type Rating (CL30)
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
• Minimum of 4,000 hours total time,1,000 hours of multi-engine turbine time, and 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command
• Meet FAR 61.56, FAR 61.57, and FAR 61.58 currency requirements
• Ability to maintain a medical certificate as per FAR Part 61
• FCC Radio License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Extensive experience operating jet aircraft in accordance with Part 91 regulations
• Have a valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel internationally
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
