Software Design in Test (SDET) / Automation Engineer will be well versed in the following;

Accelerating time to market
Build the right product
Improving productivity and efficiency
Producing Reliable builds
Improving quality
Improving customer satisfaction
Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration are while evangelizing Agile methodology.
8+ years industry experience (development preferred)
5 - 8 years of experience C# development (must be recent)
SQL Server (able to creating basic to intermediate level queries)
5+ years of experience working in;
General web development skills including HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, CSS, and XPATH
Web services or referenced SOAP and XSL/XSLT
Automation technologies:
Selenium, including Selenium Remote Control (RC)
QTP
xUnit frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, TestNG, etc.
Performance tools - LoadRunner, JMeter
Severs;
MS Windows 2003, 2008 Server
Cucumber and Specflow
Continuous Integration Tools;
Visual Studio/ Team Foundation Server, Hudson, CruiseControl, Jenkins
5+ years of basic networking experience in a corporate environment
5+ years Automation experience
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
