- Recruit Saudi nationals and expatriate professionals, including operational, technical, commercial, and managerial roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, local job boards, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities, communities, and industry networks.

Onboarding and Retention
- Design and implement a structured onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to productive employment.
- Monitor new hire integration, probation progress, early attrition risks, and manager feedback.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and employment documentation in line with Saudi regulations.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, employee records, leave, attendance, transfers, promotions, disciplinary matters, and terminations.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally, confidentially, and in compliance with local law and company policy.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Administration, and external providers on payroll inputs, benefits, insurance, and employee services.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement talent management and development strategies.
Compliance and Government Relations
