Senior/ Human Resources Employee Partner

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders translate business strategies into integrated people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, operational performance and sustainable workforce capability.
• Acts as a trusted adviser to assigned business unit, anticipating business and people challenges and providing practical, data-informed solutions
• Collaborate with site business leaders to formulate workforce planning, organization design, talent management, employee engagement, employee and industrial relations, leadership development and change management.
• Leverages workforce analytics insights to identify emerging workforce trends, evaluate organizational risks and opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Strengthening people effectiveness, developing critical capabilities, improving employee experience and aligning people priorities with business outcomes.
• Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources partnering
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into effective people programs,
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between workforce capability, operational performance and business outcomes.
• Ability to interpret workforce data, HR metrics and market trends to identify risks, anticipate future capability needs and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Proficiency in HR systems, data visualisation and digital tools to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence and constructively challenge stakeholders, coach leaders and drive organisational change across a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Well versed in Employment and relevant Acts.
