Job Description: NeoLoad Performance Tester

Job Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing
• Excellent hands-on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool (1.5 years plus)
• Define test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
• Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's
• Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
• Be able to develop workload model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
• Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
• Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
• Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
• Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
• Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams
