Job Description:

Join the team shaping the global media strategy for one of the world's most innovative technology brands. Working alongside the Group Planning Director, you'll play a central role in defining and delivering Dyson's global planning product, helping markets connect strategic thinking, data, technology and execution to drive measurable business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence planning excellence at scale, working across multiple categories, markets and high-profile product launches.

As Planning Director, you'll lead the development and deployment of strategic planning frameworks that drive consistency and effectiveness across Dyson's global media activity. You'll collaborate with strategy, analytics, insights and account teams to shape budget allocation approaches, campaign planning methodologies and performance frameworks. From global campaign orchestration through Omni platforms to post-campaign analysis and future recommendations, you'll provide strategic leadership across the full planning process. You'll also champion best practice, contribute to the wider strategy community and help develop the next generation of planning talent through coaching and mentorship.
