Werkstudent Content & Brand (m/w/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B marketing team as a working student, shaping its brand presence across social media, video, and sales materials. You will help turn ideas into consistent, engaging content that supports the company's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write LinkedIn posts, hooks, and carousels for company leaders and the company account.
• Plan, film, edit, and produce short-form videos, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain a consistent brand across the website, pitch decks, sales materials, and templates.
• Manage the content calendar and deliver a steady publishing cadence.
• Review content performance metrics and use the results to improve formats and strategy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently enrolled as a student, with availability for 16 to 20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
• Native or C2-level German proficiency.
• Experience creating LinkedIn content and understanding what performs on the platform.
• Experience writing B2B marketing or brand content, ideally for software or SaaS audiences.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent video editing tools, with experience taking video from filming through post-production.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools for visual assets and sales materials.
• Experience with content calendars, consistent publishing, performance analysis, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
• A portfolio or examples of published content; photography and on-location production experience are beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation expectations are up to €20 per hour. Visa sponsorship is not available.
