As a unified organisation, dentsu brings together deep expertise across media, creative and customer experience to deliver integrated solutions that drive meaningful progress for clients and society. dentsu Aotearoa’s radically collaborative team of diverse creators unifies people, clients, and capabilities through horizontal creativity to help clients create culture, change society, and invent the future.

As Digital Producer in dentsu Creative Aotearoa, you’ll support the successful delivery of digital experiences across a range of clients and projects. Working at the intersection of creativity, design, technology and client service, you will partner with internal teams and external partners to bring digital ideas to life. This is a highly collaborative role responsible for managing the end-to-end digital production process, from scoping and planning through to build, testing and launch. You will drive project delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality while creating clarity and direction.

This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid model in our Auckland office. Please note, we are only able to consider applicants who possess (or are in process of obtaining) working rights for New Zealand.

Core responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact between clients, account teams, creatives, UX/UI designers, developers and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project planning, status meetings, workshops, QA, user testing and launch, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Identify and proactively resolve delivery challenges, technical dependencies and scope changes while maintaining a high standard of user experience and quality.

A bit about you:

  • Proven experience delivering digital projects within an agency or design environment.
  • Knowledge of digital production and delivery processes, including workflows, development, testing and go live
  • Stakeholder management skills, the ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with clients, internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive and solutions focused mindset, anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity and keep projects moving.
