Job Description

A Training and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the training and quality assurance programs within an organization. • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: They design and implement performance monitoring systems to assess employee performance and identify areas for improvement. • Training Needs Analysis: The Training and Quality Manager conducts ongoing analysis of training needs within the organization.
