Oversee full-cycle project execution and implementation
Drive IP influence enhancement and commercial revenue growth
Develop core IP operation strategies:
Align with brand marketing requirements
Jointly launch integrated IP marketing campaigns to amplify IP value and market exposure
Monitor global IP licensing market dynamics and IP adaptation industry trends:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
Provide actionable strategic decision support for internal teams

5+ years of professional experience in content/entertainment IP business, branding, or marketing
Background in novels, comics, animation, film & TV, or media company strongly preferred
Proven track record in managing IP adaptation projects, with a solid understanding of:
Global IP adaptation processes
Commercial development workflows
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills
Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple IP content projects and cross-team collaborations efficiently
