Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor inventory accuracy through daily stock verification and cycle counting.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain inventory traceability.
Process warehouse transactions accurately in SAP (MM/WMS).
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatch as per delivery schedule.
Monitor material picking and ensure correct material is dispatched.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams.
Ensure timely GRN, stock posting and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain warehouse layout, storage locations and material identification.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures and company policies.
Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
Ensure safe material handling practices and compliance with EHS requirements.
Supervise contract labour and optimize manpower utilization.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining required records.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
