  • Drive sourcing strategies that reduce total cost, improve working capital, strengthen supplier performance, and support business growth through fact-based decisions and should-cost analysis.
  • Support supplier selection, negotiations, dual sourcing, risk reduction, supply continuity, and evaluation of sourcing opportunities across materials, components, outsource manufacturing, and plastic film production needs.
  • Use sourcing data, metrics, SAP experience, and analytics to conduct spend, supplier, market, and cost assessments that improve service, speed, cost, and process effectiveness.
  • Drive productivity initiatives, supplier performance improvements, issue resolution, savings tracking, and timely execution of sourcing projects in partnership with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and support supplier contract negotiations with 3M Division stakeholders and 3M Legal, ensuring agreements and commercial arrangements align with sourcing strategies, business needs, risk mitigation requirements, timelines, pricing mechanisms, and applicable 3M processes.
