Our client is a fast-growing healthcare company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead product direction and planning across customer-facing, provider-facing and internal tools. Work hands-on to prototype ideas, while developing colleagues across several functions and shaping how the product group sets priorities and ships work.

What you'll do

• Set product direction for customer-facing applications, provider-facing software and internal operations tools.
• Own the product roadmap and sprint planning across engineering and a strategy and operations group.
• Build working prototypes with AI-assisted coding tools to move ideas into demos quickly.
• Mentor and guide strategy and operations staff who turn business needs into well-scoped engineering work.
• Review existing product flows and push for polished, consumer-grade usability.
• Define how the product organization makes decisions and manages its workload.
• Hire and grow the product team, including product managers and designers.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3 to 8 years of product management experience.
• Experience building products at a marketplace or multi-sided platform.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products.
• Background helping an early-stage product move from first traction to meaningful commercial scale.
• Fluency with AI prototyping tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Bonus points

• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
• Track record of guiding a product through several stages of revenue growth.

• Base salary: USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year
