Job Responsibilities:
- 6 months’ Inter-department on the job trainings within Culinary
- Observe and assist in running of assigned kitchen
- Complete online food service and safety training as per MGM requirements
- Maintain and promote workplace safety and MGM food safety standards
- Provide a friendly welcome and high-quality services to our internal and external guests
- Carryout all necessary operation standards
Job Requirements:
- Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
- The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
