Job Description: [Responsibilities]

• Conducts supply chain analysis related to supply chain design, engineering, sustainability, package & operating processes.
• Develops project plans based on customer feedback and work with other resources to ensure project are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Reviews documents to create work orders outlining solutions to be developed, associated tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided. Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain agreement on costs and resources.
• Identifies and works with all affected groups and functions to manage project impact.
• Provides support by developing training materials for related groups.
• Reports on project status, field resource activity, and training initiatives.

[Qualifications]

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics/Supply Chain
• Preferred: Experience in database management, Supply Chain Logistics, or network modeling
• Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Preferred: Experience in database development and analysis
• Preferred: Consulting experience in the Supply Chain industry
• Preferred: Experience using Supply Chain Logistics modeling applications such as Supply Chain Guru X or Logic Net Plus

• 공급망 설계, 엔지니어링, 지속가능성, 패키징 및 운영 프로세스 관련 공급망 분석 수행
• 고객 피드백 기반 프로젝트 계획 수립 및 타 리소스와의 협업을 통한 납기·사양 준수 관리
• 관련 문서 검토 후 개발 솔루션, 세부 작업, 산출물 정의 작업지시서(Work Order) 작성 및 이해관계자 대상 비용·리소스 합의 도출
• 프로젝트 영향권 내 유관 부서/기능 파악 및 변경/영향도 관리
• 유관 부서 대상 교육 자료 제작 및 지원
• 프로젝트 진행 현황, 현장 리소스 활동 내역, 교육 추진 현황 보고

[지원 자격]

• 필수: 학사 학위 소지자
• 필수: MS Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 사용 능력
• 우대: 산업공학, 산업시스템공학, 경영과학(Operations Research), 물류/공급망 관리 전공
• 우대: 데이터베이스 관리, 공급망 물류 또는 네트워크 모델링 관련 실무 경험자
• 우대: 데이터베이스 개발 및 데이터 분석 경험자
• 우대: 공급망(SCM) 산업군 내 컨설팅 경험자
• 우대: Supply Chain Guru X, LogicNet Plus 등 공급망 물류 모델링 툴 사용 경험자
