What will you be doing here?

Liderar nossa equipe e as operações da loja com cuidado e visão estratégica, focando em gestão de pessoas, entrega de resultados consistentes e na valorização da diversidade

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Liderança que inspira: Desenvolver, motivar e guiar seu time para que entreguem o melhor de si todos os dias
• Foco em Resultados: Realizar a gestão de indicadores da loja (KPIs), buscar a melhoria contínua da performance, traçar estratégias de vendas e celebrar cada meta superada.
• Operação: Cuidar das rotinas administrativas e operacionais com agilidade e assertividade. Gerenciar o inventário, o fluxo de caixa, garantir que a loja esteja sempre impecável, do estoque à vitrine, criando um ambiente atrativo e organizado
• Foco no cliente: Assegurar que cada pessoa que entre na loja tenha uma experiência de compra encantadora e inesquecível

O que buscamos:

• Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído
• Experiência em gestão de pessoas, liderança de equipes e operação de loja/varejo
• Forte vivência em vendas, gestão de indicadores e entrega de resultados
• Conhecimento em Excel (ou ferramentas similares) e ferramentas digitais
• Diferenciais: Vivência em atendimento consultivo
