The Posting

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.

We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed https://lsvp.com/stories/investing-in-composio-building-the-backbone-of-ai-agent-intelligence/ with some incredible angels like Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), Gokul Rajaram. Beginning of this year we 3x our ARR, our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

  • define how the world talks about Composio - positioning, messaging, narrative, and proof across every surface
  • own product launches end to end: angle, sequence, channels, assets, internal alignment, and post-launch learning
  • identify and close content gaps - case studies, landing pages, comparison pages, white papers, docs, and sales enablement
  • build agentic workflows that make the whole marketing team faster
  • track the ecosystem and turn competitor/customer insight into sharper messaging
  • work closely with engineering so technical depth becomes clear customer-facing language

"MUST HAVES"

if you are very good, nothing is a must per-se

  • core product marketing
  • you have done product marketing at a developer tools or developer infrastructure company
  • you have built positioning and messaging for a technical product from scratch
  • you have owned at least one significant product launch end to end
  • technical fluency - you can sit in engineering discussions and translate what matters without needing everything spoon-fed
  • taste - you know when copy is sharp, when it is vague, and when the audience will not care
  • typist - you write strong launch copy, landing pages, blog posts, and internal narratives
  • human - you build trust and admit what you do not know

OPTIONAL

  • AI, agents, or developer infrastructure experience
  • experience building sales enablement or competitive content
  • built internal workflows using LLMs or agents
  • worked directly with founders or engineering leads on narrative
