Lead. Serve.", we combine thoughtful design, strong relationships, and a collaborative approach to deliver meaningful projects that positively impact the people and communities they serve. At our core, we believe great work starts with great people, which is why we invest in a supportive culture built on trust, growth, and opportunity.

Why Join Us

  • We are a mission-based firm that provides a strong culture that encourages personal and professional growth, collaboration and connection with your colleagues, and an employee-centric approach. At Groth Design Group, you will find opportunities to grow with true opportunities and responsibilities, not just through multi-tiered titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Ability to work across all phases of design and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
