ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำด้านการวางแผนการเงินส่วนบุคคลแก่ลูกค้า เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินและเพิ่มความมั่งคั่ง
ความรับผิดชอบ

• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้ากลุ่มบุคคลรายย่อยที่มีศักยภาพและลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางการเงินของลูกค้า รวมถึงเป้าหมายการลงทุน การวางแผนเกษียณอายุ การประกันภัย และการวางแผนมรดก
• นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เช่น เงินฝาก การลงทุน กองทุนรวม พันธบัตร และผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันภัย
• ติดตามและทบทวนพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้
• ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับตลาดและแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อการตัดสินใจทางการเงินของลูกค้า
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและนโยบายของธนาคาร รวมถึงข้อบังคับของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
• บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขายและตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี ในสายงาน Private Banking, Wealth Management หรือ Retail Banking โดยมีประสบการณ์ตรงในการดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม High Net Worth (HNW) หรือ Affluent จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น ตลาดทุน ตราสารหนี้ กองทุนรวม และประกันภัย
• มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
• มีความสามารถในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
• มีทัศนคติเชิงรุก มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
