WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deploy and iterate on AI agents for account strategy, prospecting, outbound messaging, call preparation, and follow-ups.
- Work directly with customers through shared channels and regular calls, translating their needs into rapid engineering improvements.
- Build agents that automate complex sales development workflows, with robust evaluations, trust calibration, and the ability to improve over time.
- Own deployment outcomes end to end, including troubleshooting customer environments and tracking business impact.
- Communicate agent capabilities to sales teams, relay customer needs to engineering, and share deployment progress with leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of full-stack or product engineering experience, with 5 or more years preferred.

- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, with hands-on production coding experience beyond configuring existing platforms.
- Experience embedding with customers, navigating ambiguous technical environments, and turning feedback into shipped product improvements.
- Strong communication across business, technical, and executive audiences, plus the ability to work with minimal direction.
