Founding Growth Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own prelaunch growth for an early-stage consumer AI hardware startup building a private way to interact with computers. You will work closely with the founder and a small founding team, growing the waitlist and shaping how people first understand the product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and grow the prelaunch waitlist, the role's primary success measure.
• Create and distribute social content, starting with Instagram and LinkedIn, and test other promising channels.
• Develop messaging that communicates the value of private interaction with computers before the product is publicly available.
• Run quick growth experiments with a small paid budget, track signups, and invest in what converts.
• Own campaign planning, distribution, and the insights gathered from each effort.
• Plan and execute audience-building events when useful.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years in growth or marketing roles at early-stage startups, building audiences or waitlists.
• Experience growing an audience or waitlist from zero.
• Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn, with an understanding of how social platforms distribute content.
• Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and running fast experiments to find effective signup channels.
• Comfort working independently in a small founding team and building from the ground up.
• Event planning and execution experience is helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is $60,000 to $70,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
