Role Overview

As a Spa Therapist at our brand-new Palé Hall Spa & Gym, you will deliver exceptional, personalised treatments while ensuring guests experience the highest standards of comfort, relaxation, and wellbeing. You will embody our values of professionalism, warmth, and excellence, playing a key role in shaping the reputation of our new wellness offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times.
• Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
• Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products.
• Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.

Requirements

• Recognised Level 3 beauty or massage qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is preferred.
• Strong treatment skills with attention to detail and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, guest-care, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, calm, and well-presented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and service.
