• show us the work - products shipped, companies started, research, writing, open source, workflows, or anything else with real signal
• explain what you would own in your first 30 days and what would be measurably better because you joined
• use agents and Composio to make yourself faster, then teach the rest of us what worked
• be clear about the parts of the company you want to push on: product, engineering, research, GTM, operations, talent, or something we have not named yet
