  • Support project coordination and program delivery activities
  • Manage booking changes and clinician rescheduling requirements
  • Provide contract administration support and process additional sessions
  • Troubleshoot and escalate service-related queries
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands that exceptional service delivery comes from a combination of strong operational capability, outstanding customer care and genuine care for people.

You will be warm, approachable and solutions-focused, with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently in sensitive situations.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence communicating sensitive information in a professional and empathetic manner
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a high-volume environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using booking or scheduling systems

Experience within healthcare, wellbeing, allied health or specialist practice administration will be highly regarded.
