Internship Program Overview:

Our Interns are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. Project Title:

Test Wafer Management Cost Optimization Project

Project Objective:

This project aims to identify cost reduction opportunities by evaluating and streamlining test wafer workflow.

Key project milestone: 1) Identify test wafer workflow route

2) Evaluate successfully cross module test wafer downgrade workflow

3) Establish and monitor success rate of the new workflow

Project Outcome:

Intern:

1) Learn about test wafer purpose and function in high volume manufacturing fab

2) Learn to set-up test wafer routes

3) Learn about project management, teams works and presentation skills.

Company: 1) Optimize test wafer workflow

2) Establish cross module test wafer downgrade route

3) Eliminate test wafer wastage by optimizing test wafer test workflow before send to recycle/reclaim

Required Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering OR any related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship
• Willingness to learn
