IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

About the Role:

As an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you will undertake specialized tasks that are crucial to maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure. Your independent contributions will enhance system reliability, security, and efficiency, playing an indispensable role in supporting our enterprise’s technological needs.

Responsibilities:

• Independently install, configure, and optimize advanced hardware and software systems.
• Resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Oversee system performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain and enhance comprehensive technical documentation and inventory systems.
• Design and execute advanced backup and recovery operations.
• Lead security implementation and compliance efforts.
• Manage server maintenance, including capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Assess, recommend, and deploy critical system upgrades and solutions.
• Offer expert-level support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Lead and participate in significant infrastructure projects and innovations.
