Important schedule information:

Future roles connected to this posting may be expected to be full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and in office at our Waite Park, MN location.

Enjoys talking with customers by phone and email

Takes ownership instead of waiting to be reminded

Can manage multiple moving parts without losing track of important details

Communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Is comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

Learns systems and processes quickly

Cares about doing quality work and creating a positive customer experience

Has prior experience in customer service, account coordination, onboarding, administrative support, insurance, payroll, or a similar professional setting
