Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: RTP NC

Duration: 9+ Months

Requirement:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must display a customer service focused attitude
• Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems
• Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met
• Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient
• SAP experience an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills
• Clear communication skills
• Good Telephone manner
• Good English skills– both written and spoken
• Positive attitude

Sort, file, print and scan materials

• Verify information on forms
• Photocopy/fax, perform detailed work, and proofread/correct errors in documents
• Produce lists, labels, tables, forms or other simple and/or brief documents
• Open and prioritize mail
