The Posting

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for compliance, inspection, and certification workflows. You will work directly with customer teams to understand how their operations function and turn those needs into production-ready systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work alongside customer operations teams to understand real certification, inspection, and compliance workflows.
  • Lead customer conversations, document requirements, and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data models, and AI components.
  • Own product areas from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with company leadership.
  • Ship software early, observe how users work with it, and improve it based on direct feedback.
  • Use judgment to distinguish broadly useful product needs from requests that are specific to one customer.
  • Analyze customer documents and outputs to develop AI workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with systems shipped to production users.
  • Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering role.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, large language models, or document intelligence.
  • Comfort working directly with customers and communicating clearly with technical and operational teams.
  • Strong academic or technical fundamentals and an interest in operational workflows.
  • Professional software engineering experience outside traditional consulting or professional services.
